After completing his degree, Kurt worked as a research assistant at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography, where he focused on the behavior and ecology of various species of fish.
It was during this time that Kurt began blogging about his experiences and observations, which quickly gained a devoted following. Today, he runs “Fishy Features” full-time, sharing his knowledge and insights with readers around the world. His writing is known for its engaging style and attention to detail, making it a go-to resource for anyone interested in the world of fish and marine biology.
